Your teenager wants to redo the design of his room and you’ve agreed to help him make a few changes. One of those changes is that you’re willing to purchase new teen bedding for the room.

Here are some good choices to consider with your teen as you try to select new bedding that you’ll both like:

• Dark bedding. Let’s face it; teens are dirty and the bed doesn’t get washed as much as it should so go with dark colors.
• Sports bedding. Get motocross bedding or skateboard bedding to encourage your teen’s interest in the sport.
• Sports team colors. Instead of getting bedding specific to a sport, get bedding in the colors of your teen’s favorite team.
• Animal bedding. Fierce animals can look cool as bedding for a teen’s room.

You should really let your teenager make most of the decisions when it comes to this change of bedding. However, you can put your foot down if the bedding he chooses really offends you for one reason or another. Just remember that there are a lot of battles to pick and this may not be the one that you want to get engaged in right now.
